3 Bedroom House in Salmon Arm, Lee Creek

Beautiful 3 bedroom home with massive kitchen stocked with everything you need from kids dishes to a Margaritaville blender! Relax on the massive covered deck or soak up the sun on the dock. This home is right on the lake. We’ve got a little something for everyone, paddle boards and kayaks and the small trampoline on the end of the dock is an awesome way to jump into the lake. We have 2 buoys to moor your boat. Sit and enjoy a fire while the kids make s’mores on the lower patio or relax in the hot tub under the stars! (The hot tub is up and running from May - September) If the weather is not co-operating, we’ve got arcade games, ping pong table, bumper pool table/poker table, foosball table, bubble hockey table, darts, puzzles/board games for kids or adults. Wake up in the master bedroom to a gorgeous view of the lake. Start the day off on the right foot by taking a relaxing steam shower in the master bathroom. Each bedroom offers 2 fold out memory foam beds for kids. There is also a playpen, 2 high chairs and infant bath chair. Fibre Internet 240/Wi-Fi on the property is great and the Apple TV located in the living room will allow you to snuggle in for a movie, or stream your own cable. There is a one bedroom park model trailer on the property that can be included in the rental for an extra fee. ($150 a night) It has its own fully stocked kitchen, living room, full bathroom as well as a huge deck with its own patio furniture. We have bocce ball, spike ball and croquet if you are looking for some fun in the yard. There are a vast amount of hiking trails and golf courses in the area. Local amenities such as a grocery store that has a bakery/deli and liquor store all combined into one stop located 8 minutes away in Scotch Creek. You can also find a great coffee shop, pizza place, food trucks and little shops all in the same area. There is also a medical clinic as well.
There is a bunch of restaurants/pubs located in Sorrento and Blind Bay which is about a 15-20 minute drive away. Snowmobilers, Winter rentals are also welcome. The home is close to Crowfoot mountain and has a long enough driveway to fit a trailer.

Summary: We had the best time at whitefish. The location of this property is amazing in the summer. We walked to the ski hill to do some zip lining, and the big slide on the mountian. There is a ao much to do close by, if you are thinking of taking a trip to Whitefish this is the place for you. Very clean and the host is easy to get in contact with if you have any question.

Summary: You cannot go wrong booking this place - the owners have thought if everything! It is a beautiful spot on the Shuswap with so many amenities- hot tub, so many kids floaters and toys, kayaks, paddle boards, board games and even 4 arcade games! The kitchen has everything one could need and more right now to the Margartaville and crock pot. The bedding is comfy. I really can’t say enough. Leanne was wonderful to deal with and very attentive. We also rented the modular home out back and it was well worth it - gave us a little privacy and our own space. It is also well furnished, maintained and best of all has great AC!! All in all, if you’re looking for a beautiful home to stay in right in the lake - THIS IS THE ONE!!

Summary: This was our first vacation house rental and it was fantastic! The house was everything it was detailed to be and more. Leanne was super prompt and helpful with email replies. Lots of floaty toys for the kids, large dock, paddle boards and Kayaks. Even had a selection of life jackets for everyone. The kitchen was amazing! Very large and capable of hosting our group of 12. We enjoyed everything about this place, so much that we are renting it again next year!

Summary: This property was well represented on VRBO, the house was very clean and well located with easy access from the highway. The house was footsteps from the lake, with all lake amenities available to use (dock, tubes, paddle boards, life jackets, etc). The house is very modern and luxurious - the kitchen is amazing! Just bring your food and clothes and everything else is provided for you! If you are bringing a boat, dock and buoy were available to store your boat during your stay on the water. Leanne was a great host and very response to anything we needed during our stay. A great place to bring your family for a vacation! Definitely booking again for next year!

Summary: The property was fantastic, with plenty of room and nice touches. The games, kayaks, ping pong table, etc were great. Also a fantastic kitchen with a massive island, great for cooking for big groups. The hosts were super responsive and helpful as well.
